adris.tech ("Adris", "we", "us", or "our") operates the adris.tech website and the Adris desktop application (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We've written it in plain language — not lawyer-speak.
adris.tech is a software product built and operated from Bengaluru, India. Our primary contact for privacy matters is adris.tech/partner — use type "Contact / Other" and include "Privacy" in the description.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth). We do not collect your name unless you provide it.
The Adris desktop app stores the following entirely on your device — it is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud feature:
adris.tech no longer provides a hosted AI service (retired 2 October 2026). The App sends your AI requests directly from your device to the provider you connect — for example NVIDIA, Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic, or your own Claude Code or Codex — or runs them on a model on your own computer. Those requests do not pass through adris.tech servers, and that provider's own privacy policy applies to them. Your API keys are stored on your device.
The App is free and we no longer take payments for it. For payments made before 2 October 2026, Razorpay processed them; we never saw or stored card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials, and we keep only the payment confirmation records the law requires (see retention below).
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking). We collect only aggregate page view counts and referral sources.
If you apply for our affiliate program, we store your name, email, website URL, audience description, and promotion plan. This data is used only to review your application and manage the affiliate relationship.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

The Adris desktop app does not use cookies. The website uses strictly necessary cookies only (session state for the theme toggle and tour progress). No third-party tracking cookies are set.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest in Supabase is AES-256 encrypted. API keys you enter in the App are stored in your operating system's native keychain (Windows Credential Manager on Windows, the Secret Service / keyring on Linux), not in our database. The adris.tech AI session key (a temporary credential delivered for your session) is stored only in application RAM and is never persisted to disk or our servers — it is automatically forgotten when the App closes. We perform regular security audits and notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed data breach.
Adris is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, email us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
