These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of adris.tech (the "Website") and the Adris desktop application (the "App"), operated by adris.tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading the App or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or downloading the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Adris is a desktop AI operating system for Windows and Linux that provides the following modules: Krew (AI agents), Studio (content & automation), Coder (development tools), Models (local & open-source model hub), Vault (DNS protection), Guard (security monitoring), and Mesh (device sync). Some features require a paid subscription.
Since 2 October 2026 the App is free to download and use, with every module and feature available to every account. There are no plans, subscriptions or usage allowances, and adris.tech does not charge for use of the App.
The App works with AI services you choose to connect — for example an NVIDIA, Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic API key, a Claude Code or Codex subscription, or a model running on your own computer. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms, and any charges it makes are between you and that provider. adris.tech does not provide, resell or pay for these services.
adris.tech offers custom adris setups and agentic AI offices for businesses. Any such engagement — its scope, price and payment terms — is agreed separately in writing before work begins. Request one through the contact page.
Subscriptions purchased before 2 October 2026 have been cancelled and will not renew; no further charges will be made. Amounts already paid were for access during periods that have ended and remain non-refundable. For any billing question, contact us through the contact page.
You agree not to use the App or Website to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App — agent configurations, automation workflows, code, and generated outputs. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The App uses AI models to generate text, code, and other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in production. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
The App integrates with third-party services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Razorpay, Supabase, and others). Your use of these services through the App is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
The Adris App, Website, and all associated branding, design, and code are owned by adris.tech and protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in our affiliate program terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. The Vault (DNS) and Guard (security) modules reduce risk but do not guarantee complete protection against all threats.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adris.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Participation in the adris.tech affiliate program is subject to separate affiliate terms incorporated by reference. Key terms:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a request via adris.tech/partner. On termination, your right to use the App ceases and locally stored data remains on your device under your control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For informal resolution before legal action, submit a request via adris.tech/partner — we commit to responding within 14 days.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
